Currently their official site for India is at: www.singerindia.net, they do not either own a .com or even singer.in because word SINGER being a generic one, cannot be claimed in a Domain Dispute, if a legitimate use is being made of a Domain Name or otherwise is not violating any rights of the Trademark Holder. The Domain seemed to be held by some Mr Pratik Naik of Novation In Limited since July 2005. But sadly the Domain name was never put to any use and the brand ADs appearing on the parked page only worsen the case for the Respondent !
