Google have filed for INDRPs against few sites which seems to have been imitating Gmail Login preferences/style, though trying to render Gmail help. But clearly it’s in violation of Google Terms of Service, which restricts use of it’s trademark without specific permissions. The following matters have been filed…

The owner for these domains seems to be from Argenitina and most surprisingly has 9.4k likes on Facebook. No doubt, mark ‘GMAIL’ is a well known and registered by Google all over, therefore the Domain should be ordered to be transferred in any case…
