Google files Domain Name Dispute over Adwords.in with Nixi

Google Adwords program enables webmasters advertise through Google Network or Google Adsense Publishers. It is one of the main source of revenue for Google Company globally and quite popular in India as well.

Google has protected the same under various Trademark jurisdictions including India under classes 35, 42 for various related services like online marketing, internet traffic and keyword placement, analyzing effectiveness of web site marketing, etc.  TradeMark

Obviously, this is a prima-facie case for violation, given the globally famous/registered mark of Google. Moreover, no legitimate use is being made of the disputed Domain Name Adwords.in, rather the Domain has been put up for sale, giving all reasons to presume Bad Faith and malafide intention on behalf of the Chinese Registrant.
